Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated otherwise or as required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice, and continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Featurehook and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Modifications to the Services and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Featurehook regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
